About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and companionship.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition.
  • Supporting clients with medication.
  • Accompanying clients on shopping trips, medical appointments, and social outings.
  • Engaging in meaningful activities to enhance well-being.

Visiting carers typically carry out between 10 and 15 visits per day, ensuring clients receive the care and attention they need.

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience is not necessary, as we provide full training. We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Caring and empathetic, with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Reliable and dedicated, as clients depend on regular, high-quality care.
  • Good communicators, with the ability to engage respectfully with clients and colleagues.
  • Drivers with access to their own car (a valid UK driving licence and business insurance are essential).
  • Eligible to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time).
