About the Company:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly successful Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm that offers comprehensive financial planning and investment advice. They are seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual to provide vital administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaising with plan providers to obtain client information, valuations, and documentation.

* Completing, checking, and accurately inputting client details into Intelligent Office (IO) software.

* Maintaining and updating client records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

* Handling the submission and verification of new business applications to providers.

* Preparing, printing, binding, and sending reports, letters, and presentations.

* Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, calls, emails, and faxes.

* Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including booking meeting rooms.

* Providing relevant documentation to Paraplanners and Financial Advisers.

* Ensuring adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, FCA guidelines, Compliance standards, and Data Protection policies.

* Assisting with the preparation of client financial planning reviews.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in administration, ideally within a financial advisory firm.

* A solid understanding of financial products (Pensions, ISAs, Life Cover, Mortgages, etc.).

* Prior experience with Intelligent Office (IO) software.

* Strong organisational skills and a meticulous approach to work.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong numeracy and literacy abilities.

* A proactive, thorough, and diligent work ethic.

* Ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels, including with clients, colleagues, product providers, and third-party contacts.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
