CSC Recruitment are currently seeking to speak to leading Operations Managers / Directors on behalf of a market leading medium sized main contractor based in Central London. Their turnover has consistently reached £150million per annum, with them picking and choosing the projects they tender for and the clients they work alongside.

This contractor has a wealth of construction and engineering experience working alongside some of the most discerning clients and exceptional brands. The types of schemes we deliver include new build, heavy and structural refurbishments, and fit out.

The majority of projects are in Central London, and they are part of the construction process at an early stage, unlocking the challenges and being involved in the design development process and key decision making on procurement, timing and logistics.

For this Operations Manager / Director role it is essential that you have proven experience of managing the construction process right from of 2 stage design and build projects from pre-tender through to handover on multiple projects ranging in value from £10million through to £40million.

You will report into the Construction Director and manage up to 5 projects at anyone time which will include PRIME residential, heritage buildings, hotels, museums and commercial projects of structural refurbishment, new build and some fitout.
