The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across the East of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in PPE and workwear to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand our customer base in the region.

* Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

* Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

* Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.

About You:

* Experience: Proven track record in business development within the workwear and PPE industry.

* Knowledge: Strong understanding of PPE and workwear products and industry regulations.

* Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Motivation: Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Mobility: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the East of England.
