We are looking for a good Mechanical Engineer, for a longstanding client who are a respected, nimble and motivated medium sized Mechanical Building Services Engineering Contractor.

As Mechanical Engineer you will take technical ownership of all aspects of allocated projects. You will be responsible for delivering in all technical aspect of the project including documentation and reports.

We are looking for an acomplished Engineer who can: Ensure all technical activities are conducted in a comprehensive manner to meet the agreed specification; Work closely with all team members to ensure that project is designed, constructed, commissioned; Provide a forward-looking outlook to avoid technical problems later; Communicate well with clients in all technical aspects of the project; Work with Project Managers to define technical work packages for supply chain; Always keep focused on the balance of technical and programme delivery.

We are looking for an Engineer with: An Engineering Degree (BEng, Bsc) or higher in a technical discipline such as building services engineering, mechanical engineering; Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry; Expertise in building services design; Previous experience of working with teams, planning and reporting; Knowledge and understanding of CIBSE standards, Building regulations; Strong communication skills at all levels with ability to provide solutions; Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure to demanding timescales; Strong IT skills including MS Office
