Exceptional Associate Director Building Surveying Role!!Your new companyI am currently working with a Multi Disciplined Building Consultancy based in the City of London. They are working with a number of exciting clients across London from Large Estates to Corporate buildings. The company has been going for over 20 years and have seen continued and rapid growth, going from strength to strength.Your new roleDay-to-day responsibilities include but not restricted to the following: * Assist with new business, preparing bids and quotes. * Undertaking measurement and building surveys (residential and commercial) * Undertaking Schedules of Condition and Awards for Party Wall matters* Write specifications and prepare tender and contract documentation* Provide Contract Administrator services on projects* Chair project progress meetings and prepare minutes and progress reports* Undertaking dilapidation surveys and preparing schedules* Undertaking defect analysis surveys and preparing reports* Preparing Licences to Alter * Assist with Expert Witness matters and preparation of CPR35 reports* Continued Business DevelopmentWhat you'll need to succeed* To have an RICS accredited Degree in Building Surveying* To be a full member of the RICS (MRICS)* Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues, clients and members of the public* Good IT skills and a full working knowledge of Microsoft Office* Have a keen eye for detail and strive to provide a quality service.
