Position: Lettings Negotiator

Location: Marlborough, Wiltshire

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team in Marlborough, Wiltshire. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the letting process, demonstrate proficiency in administrative tasks, and exhibit a self-starting attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and negotiations with prospective tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of all lettings transactions and correspondence.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.
• Collaborate closely with the Lettings Manager to execute business-winning strategies.
• Cover a significant area of Wiltshire, primarily focusing on a 5-to-10-mile radius from Marlborough.
• Work alongside a dedicated Property Manager in the office to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the property industry.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum
• On-target earnings (OTE): £32,000 per annum (commission-based)
• Monthly payment schedule
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with Saturdays on a rotational basis (9:00 am to 1:00 pm, every 3 weeks)
• Pooled commission structure within the office
