We're currently seeking a skilled Voice Architect to join a UK-based client's remote team. This role involves designing the architecture for a voice solution transition and later collaborating with an offshore team for implementation.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience designing and implementing voice-based solutions. Some travel to the client site (up to 20%) may be required, with expenses reimbursed.
Role: Infrastructure Support Engineer
Location: Remote - Home Based
Travel: Required to be at the client site as required (15% to 20%)
Project Duration - 4 Months - possible extensions
Key Responsibilities:
You will work with enterprises helping them to achieve their UC and collaboration transformation goals. This involves a wide range of activities covering Microsoft Teams and Office 365, creating effective documentation, and helping to deliver the portfolio of services. Successful candidates will have deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and supporting technologies. Given the wide range of customer stakeholders that you will engage with, strong personal and communication skills are a must.
Deep expertise and knowledge in the following:
- Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Voice, Collaboration, and Room System
- Supporting Office 365 technologies
- Telephony concepts such as signalling, codecs, dial plans, phone number manipulation, call routing, and Legacy IP/TDM telephony
- PowerShell Scripting skills
Experience in three or more of the following:
- AudioCodes/Ribbon SBC
- Collaboration, Security, and Governance
- Standards-based Video Conferencing, interoperability, and supporting infrastructure
Additional skills required for this position include:
