Flourish Education are looking to recruit an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a local Primary School in their Enhanced Resource Provision. The school is a friendly one form entry school with a recent “Good” Ofsted report.

The school is looking to appoint a long term SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team and support children with SEN in their Provision. The children have a range of complex needs including Autism, ADHD, Global Delay and more.

Our client is looking for someone to work in their school on a full-time basis.

Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role:

Minimum Level 2 Qualification
UK school experience
Ability to liaise with the class teacher
Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
Experience supporting children with SEN.
Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children
Experience working in an alternative provision.
Working as a SEND Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education you will receive excellent benefits including:
