Our client, a leading company within their industry, are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Department. 

They are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of the financial and contractual side of window replacement projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards. 

Key Responsibilities:-

Prepare and manage the application and payment processes on all Contracts
Negotiate and procure materials and subcontractor services.
Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial efficiency.
Provide advice on contractual claims.
Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare reports, contracts, and other documentation.
Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.Qualifications:

Experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the window replacement or construction industry.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations..
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:
