Job Title: Property Securitisation Paralegal Paralegal

Location: City of London

Working arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in the office and 3 from home)

About the company: A specialist London-based law firm specialising in areas such as banking, construction, litigation, debt recovery, and infrastructure projects.Role overview: The firm is seeking Paralegal to join its Property Securitisation team on a 12 Fixed Term Contract basis to assist the Solicitors on a broad range of property transactions as well as building their own caseload.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying titles at the Land Registry
• Undertaking title checks and other property due diligence against properties
• Property searches
• Carrying out pre-completion Land Registry Searches and dealing with post-completion matters
• Reviewing title registers and plans to ascertain land ownership

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous conveyancing or real estate paralegal experience, in particular has experience using the Land Registry portal.
