Salary: £65000 - £70000/annum

We're working with a specialist in the environmental technology and energy efficiency space to find an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead and deliver Building Management System projects. This is a role for someone who understands how critical BMS is in driving sustainable outcomes, and who's confident leading multiple projects from design through to handover.

You'll be responsible for full lifecycle management of BMS installations - from planning and resource coordination to technical oversight and commissioning - ensuring successful, on-time delivery that meets all expectations around scope, budget and safety.

The systems you'll be most familiar with are Trend and/or Distech, with Tridium exposure seen as a distinct bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading BMS projects across their entire lifecycle - from planning through to final handover

* Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are aligned

* Acting as the key liaison point between stakeholders - maintaining strong working relationships across projects

* Providing technical leadership and troubleshooting expertise across Trend and Distech systems

* Managing budgets and timelines, keeping senior leadership updated with clear progress reporting

* Overseeing commissioning, documentation and system sign-off

* Ensuring health and safety standards are met at every stage

* Recommending improvements and system upgrades based on site performance and evolving requirements

Skills Required:

* Hands-on experience managing BMS projects

* In-depth technical knowledge of Trend, Distech and ideally Tridium

* Solid team leadership and client-facing experience

* Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving mindset

* Proficiency with BMS tools including Trend SET, IQVision, and 963

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

* CSCS or similar certification

* Familiarity with health & safety documentation and construction industry practices
