Head of Platforms – Product Owner - £75,000 – Central London, Hybrid

A rapidly growing social enterprise/ not for profit have an newly created Head of Platform role and are looking for a commercial, dynamic Product Owner or Digital Product Manager to join them.  This is an exciting time to join as the organisation expands their product offering and you will take both a strategic and operational role in delivering fir for purpose SAAS based digital solutions.

Please note – hybrid working is offered – 2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week at home.

As the Head of Platforms you will lead the day-to-day relationship management with their digital service; providing the interface with the Customer Relationship Management platform to optimise current processes.  You will be responsible for ensuring the client journey on the platform is streamlined and that new services are seamlessly integrates into the existing platform.  Working closely with 3 rd party providers you will design the product roadmap; utilising technology to continuously improve the service and drive efficiencies through automation.  You will ensure alignment with the SaaS-based CRM (Salesforce) team and their suppliers to optimise journeys for the service delivery team, reducing the lifecycle of clients, and improving utilisation of the product.    

This role will involve a number of key elements; business analysis to optimise overall performance of the platform, project management and procurement to deliver on new product elements and leadership.

The ideal candidate will be a strong digital analyst with previous experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner or Software based role.  You will have a strong background in optimising B2B products and be great and delivering tech and digital projects. 

The salary on offer for this role is up to £75,000 plus 30 days holiday (plus BH) and a great enhanced pension scheme.
