We are currently working on an exciting Operations Assistant role for a key asbestos client based in Billericay. Essex.

Job Title: Operations Assistant

Description:

Salary: £21K - £25K pending experience (monthly pay)

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Mon-Fri

20 days holiday per annum + bank holidays

Six month probation period

Works include:

* Setting up Operatives daily site paperwork

* Scanning documents and updating client job folders

* Taking telephone enquiries

* Making supplier orders for equipment hire and material deliveries etc

* Filing

* Using industry survey programme - Alpha Tracker

* Must be able to use Windows & Excel

* Must be a driver due to the office location

* Knowledge of the asbestos industry would be beneficial
