Job Title: Head of Insurance MIDuration: PermanentSalary banding: £70,000-90,000 annual salary plus benefits packageLocation: Hybrid working (split between the London & Ashford office plus home working)The Role:The role leads a team of MI developers and a small change team, focused on the finance impact of the wider architecture and commercial changes.

• Delivery of timely and accurate MI to internal and external stakeholders (FCA and External Audit).
• Leading and supporting a team of MI developers and Change partners.
• Working with relevant Insurance functions, understand the MI requirements of various functions (Finance, Commercial / Product, Pricing) and logical prioritisation. Build relationship with the relevant stakeholders to manage this.
• Collaboration with Guidewire DataHub and Snowflake teams to continue to improve resource availability for the Insurance team.
• Assisting the team with identifying gaps in data sets and ensuring we have optimal data quality for accurate and timely reporting and MI.

Requirements:

• Experienced Team Manager (leading a team of 10+ within this role)
• Must have Insurance industry experience
• Excellent communication required to act as an effective business partner
• Experience with SQL Server procedures
• Data warehouse, Data lake, Data hub or Guardwire experience highly advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management, preferably in a matrix/ complex organisation
