The successful candidate for this English Graduate Teaching Assistant role will have studied, or will be studying, an English-based degree and will be motivated to pursue a career in education. Previous experience of working with students, or in a school setting, is preferable.
 
This school is searching for an English Graduate Teaching Assistant to work alongside English teaching staff to provide 1-2-1 and small group support to under-achieving students. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring student progress and creating individual support strategies to raise student grades and attainment levels.
