What will this role include?
- Oversee full event management, including strategy, budget, P&L delivery, and floorplan management.
- Manage key accounts and partnerships, focusing on commercial growth and sponsorship revenue.
- Lead and coordinate the event team and stakeholders for effective project execution.
- Develop marketing strategies to enhance community engagement and meet revenue targets.
- Analyse market trends to innovate event concepts and increase attendance.
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
- Strong experience in B2B event sales and operations, expertise in strategy and stakeholder management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to elevate team performance.
- Strong sales capabilities, including lead generation and proposal writing for partnerships and sponsorships.
- Innovative mindset focused on industry trends and maintaining competitive edge.
- Exceptional time and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
