Project Support Coordinator to join the growing operations department at a facility located in South East Sheffield. This role is well-suited to someone familiar with electrical systems, experienced in coordinating projects, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
Main Duties: - Conducting remote site evaluations by phone to confirm sites are prepared for the installation of specialist equipment
- Creating and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Scheduling field engineers and managing logistical arrangements
- Responding to customer queries and resolving delivery issues such as incorrect, faulty, or damaged equipment
- Checking picking lists to confirm the correct items have been selected for dispatch
- Working with Monday.com or similar project tracking tools
Ideal Candidate Attributes: - At least two years of experience in a project coordination or scheduling role
- Prior knowledge of site environments or construction—especially with an electrical focus
- Familiarity with Health & Safety practices and RAMS documentation (holding IOSH, NEBOSH, or similar certifications is a plus)
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients by phone
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and a willingness to learn about technical equipment
- Ready to transition from a site-based position into an administrative or planning role
- Experience using platforms like Monday.com or equivalent project management systems
- A valid CSCS card is beneficial but not mandatory
