Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire

Salary: £22,824 rising to £23,302 per annum (Professional Services Grade 4 & 4a)

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)

Faculty Administrator - The Role:

Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for supporting academic excellence?

Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking a Faculty Administrator to join our Faculty for Health & Life Sciences based at the Salisbury campus. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Faculty, Deputy Head, and the academic team to provide efficient, responsive administrative support that enhances the experience for both staff and students.

As Faculty Administrator, you'll be a central point of contact for our faculty and students, as well as external agencies. Your role will involve everything from daily interactions with students and faculty members to supporting key academic processes. With your keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your customer-focused attitude will make a real impact.

Faculty Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with academic leadership to ensure the smooth functioning of the faculty's operations.
  • Provide face-to-face and administrative support to staff and students, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Liaise with external agencies and partners to coordinate services that benefit the faculty and student body.
  • Help maintain organised records, streamline processes, and manage documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Faculty Administrator - You:
