As a result of investment and improving market conditions the business has recently secured a number of key project wins. Their 2025 turnover is expected to be in the region of £250M, As a result, they are actively looking to recruit for their operational team.

Role: Senior Electrical Project Manager - London - Salary £85,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience) + £4,000 Car Allowance + Full Travel Expenses + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus

Reporting to a Project Director the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a £8M package electrical package. The project is a complete refurbishment of an Office building in Picadilly. This is a unique offering as the building services contractor are working directly for the client.

Responsibilities:

* Handover meeting with QS/Estimator

* Technical Submittals

* Procurement

* Sub-contractor and Labour Management

* Cost Control

* Progress Reporting

* Health & Safety

* Project & Programme Implementation

* Understanding of design and drawings

* Technical & Progress Meetings

* Regular Site Inspection and Snagging

* Compilation of O&M Manuals

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience working within the Labs, Health or Office Sector

* Experience in a project management role

* Have relationships with relevant supply chain including subcontractors and suppliers.
