Experienced TSM (Building Services) - Commercial Office Fit Outs

Are you an experienced TSM looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leader in innovative office design and build, is seeking an experienced and driven professional to join their inhouse M&E Division. This is your opportunity to shape the delivery of high-end M&E projects, from design finalisation, delivery on site, to commissioning and handover. Project values average £2.5million -£8Million

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the successful installation of M&E services on-site, ensuring all systems meet design intent and are commissioned effectively.
• Collaborate with clients, external consultants, and subcontractors to develop practical, cost-effective design solutions.
• Finalise M&E system designs, ensuring seamless progression from drawings to fully commissioned systems.
• Manage subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Assess the suitability of proposed systems and installations, driving innovation and efficiency.

Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in M&E within a commercial office fit-out / shell & Core / refurbishment environment as a TSM
• In depth knowledge of mechanical or electrical building services systems, with a solid understanding of all M&E disciplines.
• Proven track record in managing subcontractors on complex, fast-paced projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and project success.
