We are looking to add to team R13 and are searching for an awesome individual to join us. You will ideally have a proven background in recruitment, with evidence of successful candidate placements. No recruitment experience? No worries, as we are also keen to hear from tenacious individuals, with a strong track record in b2b account management, who are excited to grow and develop into an all-star recruiter.

You will be working closely with our Business Director, on a range of client accounts to source candidates for vacancies, manage client needs/expectations and ultimately grow & develop those key client relationships.

The offered salary for this position is highly competitive depending on your experience & we offer bundles of support (+ a fantastic commission structure) to ensure you can max out your earning potential! You will be working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility on start/finish times & a hybrid working model.

Day to day

  • Working closely with the Business Director to provide recruitment services to clients within the welfare2work + charity + professional services sectors.
  • Regularly communicating with clients to manage their expectations and ensure their needs are being met.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients.
  • Promoting your personal brand, both in person and digitally, including attending relevant events & networking.
  • Utilising a range of tools/knowledge to source the most suitable candidates for each opportunity, supporting these candidates through each stage of the recruitment process.

You will have/be:

  • Previous recruitment experience OR account management experience within a corporate/B2B setting.
  • Confident in developing mutually beneficial client relationships, maintaining and growing B2B accounts.
  • Experienced in delivering against client/candidate expectations within a professional environment.
  • Excellent communications skills, happy to pick up the phone and speak to candidates/clients.
  • A creative approach and ability to be adaptable in a changing market with varying client needs.
  • Comfortable working to and exceeding given targets.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills within a supportive environment.
