A great blend of SME style 'hands on' and transactional HR, with staff leadership and strategic HR in the long term, we are seeking a positive and energetic individual with good systems and procedural awareness.

A highly successful business in an interesting and unique sector, the role offers an extremely varied and challenging existence whereby you must be seeking a generalist role (from a generalist background) to be considered. Superb levels of autonomy and ownership are on offer with a good working environment and a management team who support and 'buy in' to the importance of a strong people plan in the business.

Key duties include:

• Ownership of people strategy, reporting to the Operations Director.
• Set up of full process, policy and compliance requirements from a fresh start.
• Full ER responsibility including complex case management.
• Management of the company Recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Design of long term cultural and engagement strategy to make growth sustainable.
