Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and ensure a positive learning experience for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons

Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs

Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources

Support students in their social and emotional development

Participate in school events and extracurricular activities

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential

A patient and empathetic approach

Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
