Salary up to M6 (Pro Rata) depending on experienceKey Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire and motivate KS1 pupils
Provide a balanced curriculum, focusing on both academic and personal development
Prepare pupils for their end-of-key-stage assessments (SATs), ensuring high standards of progress and achievement
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupils' learning experience
Participate in whole-school events, extra-curricular activities, and staff meetingsRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum, particularly in literacy and numeracy
Ability to differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of all pupils
Passion for developing children's confidence, resilience, and love for learning
Excellent classroom management skills with a commitment to maintaining high standards of behaviour
Applicants must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Ability to supply two years' worth of references
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to working with parents and the wider school communityDisclaimer:
