A position has become available for a Solicitor or Paralegal to assist in our clients Personal Injury department in Chichester.

The successful applicant will have experience in assisting with the running of higher value multi-track cases through to trial.

This will include, but not be limited to:

• advising clients and taking instructions,
• CFA’s and ATE insurance,
• analysing disclosures,
• preparation of witness statements,
• instructions to experts and counsel,
• assisting with the preparation of directions and costs budgets and other court documents.

Salary is competative depeding on experieince + benefits
