Are you a skilled M&E Supervisor with a passion for facilities maintenance and building services? Trevett Services are partnering with a leading FM Service provider to work on a prestige contract maintaining a commercial and corporate global brand. The engineer will join a business which are keen to develop a supervisor and work with other technical individuals. This business opens the chance for engineers to work on a flag ship contract and get a chance to increase their potential earnings as well as working for a well know client.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee electrical and mechanical planned maintenance as well as reactive tasks across the contract.

- Ensuring that compliance, permits, health and safety SLA's and KPI's are carried out correctly.

- Overseeing the hands-on duties of 3 engineers across a day's basis.

- Carrying out electrical and mechanical reactive and planned maintenance, including working on, AHU's, FCU's, HVAC systems, emergency lighting and more across the plant rooms.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a M&E/Engineering Supervisor.

- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems carrying out reactive and planned maintenance.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Experience with client liaison and being customer focused.

- Must hold a 18th Edition and Level 3 in Electrical Installations. Must have carried out an electrical apprenticeship or hold the AM2/JIB Gold Card.
