Your new role:

• Taking incoming calls into the business and filtering them to the right department.
• Onboarding of new customer accounts.
• Taking orders via phone and email.
• Ensuring customer records are up to date.
• Checking stock.
• Adhoc duties as and when required.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience within an office based Customer Service role is essential
• CRM system management experience would be desirable
• Excellent telephone manner and accurate administrative skills
