Crone Corkill is working on a rare opportunity for a driven Trademarks Paralegal to join the growing Commercial team of a well-established London Law firm in their central London office on a full-time office.

You will support at Partner level alongside one other Paralegal as well as a team of 15 Associates & Trainees.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Supporting with the preparation and filing of trademark applications
• Filing of oppositions and offering relevant advice
• Following up on progress of trademark applications
• Drafting assignment documentation
• Producing relevant letters of trade mark applications
• Proactively completing IP searches
• Dealing with the relevant trade mark registries and overseas attorneys
• Liaising with clients regularly over the phone and via email
• Researching of IP Legislation
• Ad Hoc administrative duties for the wider team

About You
You may have worked in a similar position for two years or more and are looking to join a larger practice where emphasis is placed on collaboration & technological innovation.

• CITMA Qualification is highly desirable
• 2 years + experience in Trademarks Practice
• A driven outgoing nature
• Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
• Adaptable communication skills when liaising with stakeholders of all levels
