Maintenance Supervisor - Dundee - FM & Building Maintenance

FM Search & Select Ltd is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's team, delivering high-quality maintenance services across prestigious sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&E maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of building systems while providing exceptional service.

Package:

£45,000 - £48,000 per annum + performance-related bonus scheme

*

Company mileage covered (if required)

*

Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

*

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:

*

Act as the first point of contact for technical PPMs & reactive maintenance

*

Provide technical advice and suggest site improvements

*

Work closely with other FM service teams on site

*

Carry out M&E maintenance, minor repairs, and general site upkeep

*

Respond promptly to work orders and emergency repairs

*

Perform minor additional FM tasks including fabric and plumbing repairs

*

Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

*

Proven experience in PPM & reactive maintenance

*

Strong technical knowledge of building services (M&E)

*

Health & Safety awareness (including safe tool handling)

*

IT proficiency (MS Office, PDAs, etc.)

*

Full UK driving licence & own transport

Desirable:

*

PASMA/IPAF trained

*

Asbestos awareness

*

L8 / Potable Water awareness

*

Recognised apprenticeship or NVQ qualification
