- Lead by example, maintaining high standards and consistency in daily operations.
- Motivate and manage the team, ensuring strong performance in generating market appraisals.
- Develop effective relationships with front offices and internal teams to strengthen collaboration.
- Stay informed on market trends and use insights to guide the team.
- Act as a mentor and trainer, helping the team develop and improve performance
