As a Secured Loan Case Manager, you'll take ownership of the entire case journey, from 'Pack In' to 'Funded', ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for each client. This role is all about attention to detail, exceptional client service, and meeting strict deadlines with confidence.

• Full Case Management: Own the end-to-end process of packaging client cases, ensuring a fast and smooth journey from start to finish.
• Secured Loan Expertise: Process secured loan and second charge mortgage cases with precision and adherence to deadlines.
• Client & Adviser Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients and advisers throughout the loan process, ensuring clarity and satisfaction at every stage.

• Proven experience in the mortgage brokerage industry, specifically in case management or packaging/processing.
• Knowledge and experience with secured loans or second charge mortgages.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
• CeMAP qualification (fully or part-qualified) is advantageous, but not essential.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
