Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Mobile Role Covering Retail Stores
Salary: up to £36,000 per annum

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a global FM company. This mobile role provides essential support across a range of retail stores, ensuring all aspects of building maintenance are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Electrical Maintenance: Conduct planned and reactive maintenance tasks, fault-finding, and repairs on electrical systems in compliance with regulations.

* General Maintenance: Assist with tasks such as replacing taps, unblocking toilets, and minor plumbing repairs.

* HVAC Support: Clean and maintain air handling unit (AHU) filters to ensure efficient operation.

* Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.

* Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

* 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification (mandatory).

* Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role with strong electrical expertise.

* Basic plumbing skills, including tap replacements and toilet repairs.

* Willingness to perform general maintenance duties, including HVAC filter cleaning.

* Full UK driving license (as the role is mobile).

* Ability to work independently, with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
