Job Overview:
This is a newly established branch, and the selected candidate must be prepared for the challenges and responsibilities associated with setting up and stabilizing operations. The Johannesburg Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the branch's daily operations, ensuring full alignment with company policies, processes, and financial controls. This role requires a strong leader with a structured, compliance-driven mindset, capable of enforcing policies while driving performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate must be able to work within a defined chain of command, maintain operational discipline, and ensure the seamless execution of business strategy in the Johannesburg branch.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management & Compliance- Ensure that all company policies, systems, and processes are adhered to at the Johannesburg branch.
- Oversee sales, stock management, and administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Enforce strict financial controls, including invoice approvals, purchase orders, and stock transfers.
- Conduct random audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ensure that weekly reports are submitted every Monday and virtual meetings are attended every Tuesday.
2. Leadership & Team Management- Directly supervise and manage all Johannesburg branch staff.
