Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of your local community? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager to lead our 3-bed EBD service in Warrington. Become part of a loyal, expanding team focused on creating safe, nurturing, and homely environments where children can thrive!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring adherence to the Statement of Purpose.
Provide effective leadership and guidance to your staff team, delivering child-centred care.
Match people to the home thoughtfully to foster a harmonious living environment.
Create and review care plans, risk assessments, and policies in line with regulations.
Facilitate staff training and conduct regular supervisions to nurture professional development.What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Children's Home or similar field within the last 5 years.
Level 4 Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and working towards Level 5 Leadership and Management.
At least 1 year of experience managing and supervising care staff.
Strong knowledge of childcare legislation and safeguarding practises.
