A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager for a new project in South Devon due to start soon!Working for a reputable regional contractor on a circa 2 year project circa 35 units mostly flats. You will need to have experience of managing complex apartment sites in tight areas, ideally Asta programming experience – Strong It skills and able to producing reports - able to undertake material take off’s, managing health & safety and updating construction phase plan.  The project is 90% traditional and small amount of RC.They client would prefer a contracting background, and you will need to have experience of delivering apartments/flatsSalary circa £60k plus car allowance and benefitsJob Title: Senior Site ManagerType: PermSalary: £60k plus package
