My client a professional services provider based in the City are actively looking for an experienced Bookkeeper or Finance Manager to run the day to day finance function reporting into a Finance Director

• Day to day bookkeeping and maintenance of Xero
• Monthly client invoicing and liaison
• Assistance with monthly management accounting and Board reporting as required
• Credit control - ensuring all clients pay promptly
• Processing payments for suppliers
• Maintenance of cash flow forecast
• Working closely with the Finance Director
• Involved in ad-hoc finance projects to improve processes and procedures
• Close Brothers reconciliation and working relationship
• Managing payroll provider (outsourced)
• KPI reporting for the team
• Quarterly VAT return submissions
• Monthly CCS returns
• Reconciliation of HMRC accounts for VAT, PAYE & Corporation tax
• Support FD with ad hoc project requirements
