Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing customer accounts, and driving sales through effective telesales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients within your assigned territory or sector, including small and large businesses, offering our products and services.

Sales and Upselling: Actively sell our wide range of products to existing customers, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure customer satisfaction with every call.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.

Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders over the phone, providing quotations, processing payments, and following up on deliveries.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and pricing to effectively answer customer queries and provide solutions.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

Reporting: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups within our CRM system.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous telesales or customer service experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
Familiarity with systems and sales tracking software
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
