Our client is a well established Mortgage Brokerage based in Brentford (Boston Manor). They are a whole of market broker with over 25 years of experience. They are looking for another mortgage advisor to join their small team.

The company are mainly an IFA, their current wealth manager is too busy giving investment and pensions advice to do the mortgages. Leads will be provided by the IFA, and you will be expected to do some self generating alongside this.

Responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor;

• Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their in-house software.
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
• Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.

Experience required as a Mortgage Advisor;

• CeMAP qualified
• 2 years minimum experience as a mortgage advisor in a whole of market background

Benefits as a Mortgage Advisor;

• 35k basic + 20% - 40% commission
• Hybrid position
