Recruitment Delivery Consultant - Crawley, West Sussex

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our successful recruitment firm in Crawley. This role combines business development, candidate management, and client relationship skills to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

* Source and screen candidates using various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS)

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement

* Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments

* Support senior consultants with business development activities

* Maintain accurate records and documentation in our CRM system

* Meet and exceed delivery KPIs and placement targets

* Collaborate with team members to fill challenging roles

* Write compelling job advertisements and headhunt passive candidates

Essential Skills & Experience

* Minimum 1 years' experience as a Resourcer or Delivery Consultant in a recruitment agency

* Proven track record of successful placements

* Experience with modern recruitment tools and platforms

* Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

* Proficiency in using recruitment CRM systems

Desirable Qualifications

* Experience in Engineering recruitment

* Experience with Boolean search techniques

* Knowledge of recruitment compliance and GDPR
