Platform Engineer

Location: Hybrid two days a week in our London office preferred, remote considered.

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (plus equity)

You will become a key player in building a scalable and resilient architecture for our cutting-edge workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform. Our apps are based on Django with Celery workers and a Postgres DB on Azure.
• Ensure security and resiliency of the platform, with the goal to make us ISO27000 certified.
• Set up monitoring and alerting systems, and create insightful dashboards.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO and a senior developer on innovative projects, with the potential to become Lead Platform Engineer as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Python and cloud solutions, ideally Azure.
• Experience with containerized applications, specifically Django, Celery, and Postgres.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
• A passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• Ideally 3y+ working experience as developer and BSc or more in science or engineering.
