About the Role: As the Head of Biology, you will be responsible for leading the department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across all key stages, including KS3, GCSE, and A-Level. You will provide strong leadership, oversee curriculum planning, and inspire both staff and students to achieve academic excellence in Biology.

What We Are Looking For:

* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent

* Experience teaching Biology, ideally up to A-Level

* Proven leadership skills and experience in a school environment
