Role description:

* Completing Import or Export Customs Clearances

* Completing NCTS Transit System T-Forms

* Using related software such as Destin8, Chief, NCTS, CNS, Descartes

* Administration tasks

Experience in the following is desirable:

* Customs Clearances (1-2 years experience in either Exports or Imports (or both) desirable)

* Port Health

* Licences

* ETSF

Hours of work:

This role works on a 4 on 4 off rota system, working (Apply online only)hrs daily.

If the candidate needs training, the first 6-8 weeks would be working Monday to Friday (Apply online only)hrs.

* Experience of all matters Customs related desirable

* Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service

* Good decision-making skills, able to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads

* A methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities, able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team

* IT literate
