Finance Assistant - Doncaster (Permanent)

Adept Resourcing are currently working with a new client based in the Doncaster area who are looking to expand their finance team with a finance assistant on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be working within a team of 4 and will be providing first hand transactional finance support.

Role and Responsibility of a Finance Assistant:

* Purchasing invoicing and purchase ordering

* Assisting with credit control duties

* Monthly sales invoicing

* Support the Group Finance Director and accounts team.

* Progression to take on 2 of the company's management accounts

* Timesheet reconciliation

* Assisting with payroll duties

The ideal candidate:

* Must be happy to possible attend other sites to assist general managers

* Must have payroll experience

* Must be level 3 AAT qualified

* Must have experience using SAGE

This role is a permanent opportunity direct through the company following a successful interview stage. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-17:00pm. The annual salary is £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience
