Bridgeman Recruitment Services (Agency) is currently seaking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and maintenance projects on Residential Social Housing, New Build and Commercial Projects.

Key Responsibilities

*

Supervise and coordinate electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

*

Manage electrical teams, support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

*

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

*

Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and report on site performance to senior management.

Experience

*

A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Electrical Supervisor role.

*

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and standards (NICEIC or similar certification is advantageous).

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
