Our client based just outside York are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their team. They are looking for someone who is wanting to take the next step in their career.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE in handling a varied caseload. You will be part of a team and deal with matters to include; Succession planning, asset and business sales, M&As, re-organisation, partnerships, shareholder agreement, investments and many more.

You will be an energetic, tenacious and a committed team player with the ability to engage easily with people. Confidence will be key in this role as you are given the opportunity to broaden your transactional skills and become more commercially minded.
