This is a hybrid role based in Rugby for the next 12 months with an upcoming office relocation to a new location located within 10 miles of Rugby.

Are you an experienced PMO Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? Join our dynamic Transformation Team and play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring effective governance of projects and programmes. We are seeking a passionate individual with experience in developing PMO functions, a good understanding of project management methodologies and strong analytical/communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop processes and procedures that support programme and project delivery.
• Ensure effective governance of programmes and projects.
• Provide quality assurance to the overall MSC Project Portfolio.
• Develop and produce effective reporting at the MSC Project Portfolio level.
• Undertake Portfolio Level Resource Planning.
• Ensure appropriate controls and reporting are in place for the MSC Portfolio Level finances.
• Ongoing development of the MSC Project Delivery Framework.
• Drive continuous improvement and develop maturity of the PMO Function.

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO Management and / or Lead roles.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Project for the Web, MS Project, ).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret a range of data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
