Our client, a prominent consultancy, is seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join their dedicated team. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of infrastructure and highway projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing drainage designs including SuDS, S104, and private systems
Designing highways in accordance with Section 38 and Section 278 regulations
Conducting earthwork designs and calculations
Creating external level designs for a range of projects
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
Preparing detailed technical reports and documentation
Ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards
Maintaining and enhancing client relationships through effective communication

Job Requirements:

Experience in infrastructure and highway design
Proficiency in drainage design including SuDS, S104, and private systems
Strong knowledge of highway design standards, particularly Section 38 and Section 278
Experience in earthwork and external levels design
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in civil engineering or a related field
