Senior Quality Inspector

What You'll Be Doing:

* Take responsibility for the daily activities within the Inspection department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality components on time.

* Lead a team of quality inspectors, prioritising tasks and overseeing workflow management.

* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.

* Identify training opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the team.

* Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams to address issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.

* Champion the adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and promote best practices in quality control.

What You Need:

* Solid experience in a Quality inspection role, with a focus on Composites or Automotive sectors.

* Proficiency in Polyworks Software and a strong understanding of scheduling.

* Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and documents.

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the Inspection team.

* Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
