Food & Beverage Supervisor

Contract: Full Time
Salary: £13.00 per hour, plus service charge and gratuities

Our Food and Beverage teams have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is available for that day.

In this role you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, you will be courteous, professional, and have a passion for what we do. You will help to drive sales within the Food and Beverage department while being an ambassador for Champneys.

Some duties and responsibilities as a Food & Beverage Supervisor include;

• You will assist in the day-to-day running of the department and ensuring your team are fully briefed on the day’s guests, bookings and food offerings.
• Ensuring all service staff are efficiently trained and have a good knowledge of nutrition and adhere to dietary policies.
• To supervise and assign tasks to ensure the completion of the daily cleaning of the restaurants, service areas and equipment and maintain high standards of professional service at all times in the restaurant areas.
• To assist and perform pre-service briefings and check daily menus with the senior chef on duty.
• Responsible for documenting all sales and forward all room charge receipts to front of house team to be filed in guest accounts.
